CORN CASSEROLE RECIPE

CORN CASSEROLE
1 stick butter or margarine
1 small can whole kernel corn (undrained)
1 lg can cream style corn
1 sm box jiffy corn bread mix
8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
1 medium onion – chopped
1 medium bell pepper – chopped
1 sm (8 oz) sour cream

Melt butter, mix all ingredients together except corn bread and cheese. Next mix in corn bread mix and then sprinkle cheese on top.

Bake 35-45 minutes at 350 degrees until all liquid is cooked up and dry.
